Store Exchange Policy

• We the company herein guarantees the quality and genuineness of the product sold at our outlets. However, in the event of a product not meeting your expectations, you can simply exchange your product within 14 days of purchase provided the product is unused, unaltered & in saleable condition with the cash memo and price tag intact.
• For reason of hygiene, handbags and jewelry will not be exchanged.
• Discounted merchandise will not be exchanged or returned.
• Kindly preserve cash memo for all future references.
• Any genuine quality defective merchandise will be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
• The company reserves the rights to amend, alter or cancel any rule, term and condition at its absolute discretion.
