I know you have already sorted out your dress, makeup & hair for your special day but these tips about your makeup & hair surely deserve your attention.

Take a trial before the final show!

We totally understand you are busy with lots of stuff but it is imperative to go for a makeup & hairstyle trial beforehand. Take a trial at least a week before so that corrections can be done, if required. Also show your outfits to your makeup & hair stylist for all wedding functions so that they can plan things accordingly.

Don’t Wash hair on your D-day

Sounds strange but true! Usually we consider washing hair on any special day but it’s a complete NO for your D-Day. As you are going for an elaborate hairdo, dirty hair will surely keep your hairstyle intact. So I suggest you should wash your hair one or two days in advance using a dry shampoo.

Stay away from layered haircuts

Every bride-to-be should not go for heavily layered blunt haircuts nearby the wedding. Going for bangs and fringes will leave you with no other option except keeping your hair open at all functions. So go for normal haircut and that too at least a month back.

Get your hair colored in advance

You must love to color your hair to get a new look. But don’t do this at the last moment. Highlights or any kind of color treatment looks good but it takes its own time to settle. Thereby it is better to go for it at least a month or 15 days in advance. Ask your salon stylist about the best color and time to go for it before a wedding.

Do the floral hairdo wisely

Using flowers in a bridal hairdo is trending ever since Anushka did it for her wedding. If you are going to follow the trend, ask your florist about the flowers that will last long and not droop during the day or due to lights. Keep the flowers in the fridge for freshness and take them out just before your hairdo is getting a final touch-up.

Well these are just a few tips and you can surely ask for more by consulting an experienced makeup & hair stylist.
